Senior Technology Lead

We are looking for talented Tech Leads with significant Digital and Systems Integration experience to help build out next-generation presentation-layer interfaces. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a passion for marrying strong Server-Side Architectures with challenging designs and interfaces that are compliant, user-friendly, and performance tuned.

In this role, you will be developing primarily in ASP.NET and C# against a highly progressive Commerce-enabled MVC Presentation Layer framework that facilitates developer productivity and presentation layer abstraction from both front-end and back-end platforms. Our platform and frameworks feature integration with SDLC lifecycle tools including Microsoft TFS.

You will also serve as a project tech lead and mentor to associate asp.net developers and have a pivotal role in the hiring and training of new developers as well as working closely with our Client-Side Engineers (e.g. HTML, DHTML, Javascript, CSS, AJAX, Flash) on the front-end as well as our CTS Commerce platform implementation teams on the back-end.

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience working with .Net MVC


• Highly proficient in ASP.NET


• At least 5 years of experience with C# / .NET / ASP.NET


• At least 5 years of experience working at a Digital Agency or Systems Integrator


• At least 5 years of experience working with 3rd Party Enterprise Commerce and or CMS software platforms


• At least 2 years of experience working with WebForms


• Working knowledge of compliant XHTML, CSS


• Working knowledge of Javascript, JQuery frameworks


• Database architectures and design


• Passion and Thirst for New Technologies / Frameworks / and Specifications


• Appreciation for UX / UI design


• Excellent people skills, willingness and patience to mentor
